The ultimate, indirect parent company of Westchester is ACE Limited, a publicly owned, Swiss corporation (NYSE: ACE). ACE Limited does not directly own any stock of Westchester. [Note: Effective 1/1/11, Westchester, formerly a New York corporation, was merged with ACE Indemnity Insurance Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, and ceased to exist. ACE Indemnity Insurance Company, was sold to ACE US Holdings, Inc., and ACE Indemnity subsequently changed its name to Westchester Fire Insurance Company, a Pennsylvania corporation as it now exists.] ____ Publicly held corporation, not a party to the case, with a financial interest in the outcome.
