14. The Policy provided Bel1nuda Isles with insurance coverage for direct physical loss to the Property, including damage caused by wind.
15. Under the Policy, Westchester agreed to pay for direct physical loss and damage to the Property as a result of loss and damage caused by wind.
16. On or about October 24, 2005, while the Policy was in full force and effect, the Property was directly, physically damaged due to windstorm.

Westchester Surplus Lines Named As Co-Defendant in Multiple FEMA Toxic Trailer Cases Since December 2009

October 25, 2010 - Westchester Surplus Lines, a subsidiary of Zurich-based ACE, Ltd. Insurance Company, has now been named as co-defendant in at least 18 “FEMA Toxic Trailer” cases. The lawsuits relate to mobile homes and trailers that were provided to victims of hurricane Katrina by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
