First Cause of Action - Breach of Contract "On September 15, 2008, Houston Baptist University asserted a claim for insurance benefits due to the damages sustained from Hurricane Ike. Its notice of claim was submitted in writing to its broker, McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Texas, Inc. which in turn immediately forwarded the notice to ACE. ACE, in turn, hired York to adjust Houston Baptist University's Hurricane Ike claim. York representatives contacted Houston Baptist University to inspect the damages. York's investigation of the claim has continued to this date. "
